Are you tired of wearing the yoke of perfection, struggling to feel good enough, and feeling like you have to earn love and worthiness? Would you like a deeper connection with your friends and family? Would you like to put an end to the self-doubt and second-guessing and start living a fuller and braver life? Are you currently wrestling with the question “Who Am I?” and wondering where to go next in your life? The Daring Way™ will help you find the keys to discovering the true you.
Mazi Robinson a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator. The Daring Way™ is a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. The method was developed to help men, women, and adolescents learn how to show up, be seen, and live braver lives. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and developing a courage practice that transforms the way we live, love, parent, and lead. It can be facilitated in clinical, educational, and professional settings and is suitable for work with individuals, couples, families, work teams, and organizational leaders.
This truly life changing workshop offered as a two-day retreat or an eight-week class allows you to identify the areas in your life where you would like to be more courageous, as well as the thoughts and feelings that are holding you back from the life you were created to live. You will learn to break free of those conflicting thoughts of feeling not good enough and worrying if you are too much. Through this powerful material you will embrace the freedom that comes with claiming your strengths, identifying your values, and resting in the self acceptance that you are enough. Additionally, you will learn how to fully embrace the belief that you are enough and how to practice vulnerability as the pathway to creating deeper connections with others and discovering your unique purpose. Session topics include:
Stepping into the Arena
Practicing Empathy and Self-Compassion
How Values Light the Way
Identities and Triggers

Hello Friends! I am so glad you are interested in The Daring Way™. Dr. Brown’s work on breaking free of shame based thinking and learning to practice vulnerability has changed my life personally and professionally. I first became familiar with Dr. Brown’s research in 2012 and since that time have been taking steps in all areas of my life to let go of the negative thoughts that try to keep me small and limit my voice. Practicing vulnerability and understanding that you cannot be brave without feeling vulnerable has changed how I approach my relationships and my work. I want to live brave and I want the same for you. I look forward to starting this journey with you and seeing how you learn to live brave and discover your true voice! See you at the next Daring Way™!
